Part one – I finally acquired a copy of Fantasy Book issue #6 which features, amongst other things, the FIRST publication of Cordwainer Smith’s Scanners Live in Vain.
There’ve been a few copies turning up on Ebay and an offering from one of the people I regularly buy from had one. It’s in great condition as you can see below:
